CAPE ROSS

Converted Seiner Circa 1952 - For Sale

Imagine cruising with your friends and family...

or piloting your charter clients, to dream destinations in comfort and style- one of a kind style.  Whether it is the West coast of North America watching the killer whales, the turquoise seas of the Caribbean or a secret place you have longed for- the Cape Ross can take you there.

Built to last - refitted for durability & beauty

The Cape Ross was built at Sterling Shipyards, Vancouver, British Columbia in 1952 by the Canadian Fishing Company as a seine boat based in Alert Bay, BC. Please visit our History Page for more details. The boat was retired from the Canadian Fishing Company in 2000 and has been stripped down and totally refitted.

This West coast gem is now offered for sale.

It has taken 6 years to refit the Cape Ross to the highest standards of safety, durability and beauty. Cape Ross is approved by the Canadian Coast Guard as a passenger vessel and complies with international standards as set out in STCW - 95 regulations for newly constructed vessels. Please click here for complete refit details.

The Cape Ross is much more than a boat that can take you anywhere in the world safely, in comfort and style - it is the stuff of West Coast legends.

This is a rare opportunity to own a vessel that has earned a place in the marine history books of British Columbia.
